Sigma Wireless provides a full life time support service on all products and solutions which we sell. Our support services are also utilised by customers to maintain systems which have been sourced by other suppliers. As an ISO 9001:2000 company, all customer support is undertaken to the highest quality standards. Our nationwide teams of trained support engineers, offer emergency on-site support 24 x 7, and are supported by offices in Dublin, Cork and Belfast.

Sigma Wireless also provides dedicated on site support staff to customers, ensuring that appropriately trained staff are always available to support mission critical communications systems.

Sigma Wireless provide our customers with full access to our service help desk and web based call handling system for the logging of requests for service.

This system provides for live information on calls to be available in real time, 24x7.  Calls can also be logged 24x7 via this system, in addition to via our standard help desk.         

The key areas of operation of our help desk are as follows:

  • Full incident logging, which allows for the logging of service requests, and the allocation of a unique service tracking number.
  • Call status tracking, which allows for the provision of up to date information on the status of all calls logged.
  • Call closure, allows for calls to be closed out with full details of work completed.
  • Performance Reporting, which allows for the tracking of performance KPI’s against goals.
