Sigma Wireless Communications sets out all the steps below in line with our Quality Management System, It is designed to ensure we meet the needs and expectations of both customers and suppliers, based on internationally recognised quality management principles as set out by the International Standards Organisation ISO9001.

Once an order is received and entered onto our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (Movex), this allows us to cut the purchase orders and issued them to the relevant suppliers.

Expediting Orders, following up from supplier’s delivery date our expediting team ensure all delivery dates are met.

Inbound Logistics: Our Logistics team liaise with upstream suppliers and arrange all the activities related to receiving the goods from suppliers including decisions about the transporting scheduling.

Operations: These include the process of staging and the setting up of systems prior to shipping, this also includes where required system Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT’S) of the entire system. The advantage we have is that we can bring components from different manufactures together and test as a whole system, before shipping the system to site.

Outbound Logistics: Now activities are required to transfer orders to the customers via warehousing, order fulfilment transportation and distribution management, Sigma Wireless Communications Ltd preferred 3PL is currently DHL Global Forwarding , Advantages of using DHL include worldwide networking under the DHL Group of companies which have been very successful for Sigma Wireless Communications.
