 Installation Services


Sigma Wireless complete a full system documented Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) prior to installation.

This ensures that all elements of the system are confirmed working before delivery to site and installation begins. All installation and commissioning is conducted in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and in line with best international practices. Installation and Commissioning documentation is provided for all system installations. System Acceptance Testing (SAT) is completed with the customer to ensure proper system delivery and the full system operation is tested prior to handover. As-built documentation is provided to the client as is knowledge transfer of the system.

Sigma Wireless provide tailored support services to meet our client’s specific needs

These include 24x7x365 support Service Level Agreements (SLA), in-country support, remote support and manufacturer support, including spares holding as appropriate. We follow pre-defined agreed (with the client) support procedures that include ticketing, escalation, resolution, performance reporting and spares management.

Health & Safety

Health & Safety Sigma Wireless as a leading communications system integrator, places Health and Safety at the forefront of everything that we do. In line with our ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System the delegation of responsibilities for implementation of our Health and Safety policy is managed by a health and safety committee chaired by the Operations Director. The health and safety committee are responsible to the managing director and company board of directors. The committee is responsible for implementing programmes to ensure the company health and safety policy is integrated into the company operations.

Logistics & Warehousing

Supply Chain Management-related activities such as sourcing, procurement and product supply as inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory control including scheduling, order processing and customer service are all part of the process plan.
